Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: September 11, 2026

On demand courses

A purchaser may request a full refund within seven calendar days after purchase if the learner has completed no more than 25 percent of the course content. The request must identify the order or purchaser and be submitted through the billing contact method below. We may use system records to determine purchase time and course progress.

Live webinars

A purchaser may request a full refund at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Unless required by law or stated otherwise on the event page, no refund is available for a no-show or a request received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start. If The Grower Academy cancels a webinar and does not provide an acceptable replacement date, the purchaser will receive a full refund.

Organization purchases

Enterprise, bulk, sponsored, and organization purchases are governed by the applicable written agreement. If no written agreement addresses refunds, this policy applies to the extent appropriate for the purchase.

How to request a refund

Submit a request to billing@thegroweracademy.com or through the website billing-support form. Include the purchaser’s name, the course, and the order number if available. Do not send payment card numbers. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the purchaser and transaction.

Processing time and payment method

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method through Stripe. The customer’s financial institution controls when the credit appears. Stripe will provide the financial refund receipt or confirmation when available. The Grower Academy may separately send a service notice describing course-access status.

Course access after a refund

A refund does not automatically remove course access. The Grower Academy may review access separately and may preserve, revoke, or restore it when permitted by law and consistent with the applicable course or organization terms. Any manual access change will be recorded. The refund notice will state the customer’s access status and will not promise continued access when a separate lawful or contractual basis permits revocation.

Records after a refund

A refund does not erase course progress, completion, certificate, professional reporting, transaction, fraud prevention, or audit records that The Grower Academy is required or permitted to retain. A certificate may remain subject to verification, correction, or revocation under the applicable completion and reporting rules.

Chargebacks and statutory rights

Customers should contact billing support before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate and respond. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable rights provided by applicable law.
