• Professional and training information, such as license identifiers, jurisdiction, enrollment, attendance, progress, assessment, completion, certificate, and reporting records.
• Transaction information, such as course purchased, price, payment status, refund status, Stripe transaction references, and timestamps. Stripe processes complete payment card information; The Grower Academy does not store complete card numbers.
• Customer-support communications and records of policy acknowledgements, access changes, disputes, and administrative actions.
• Technical information, such as IP address, device and browser data, security logs, cookies, and service-usage events when collected.

How we use information

• Create and secure accounts, process enrollments, provide course access, measure completion, issue certificates, and support learners.
• Process and reconcile payments and refunds, prevent fraud, address disputes, and maintain financial and audit records.
• Confirm eligibility and report training or completion information when required or authorized.

We do not sell personal information for money.

Payment information

Stripe processes payment credentials under its own privacy terms. We receive limited transaction information needed to identify the order, confirm payment, issue or record refunds, provide access, prevent fraud, support customers, and reconcile our records.
