Are courses approved for my state?
Availability varies by course and delivery method. Use the States page or course detail pages to confirm documented availability for your license category. Configured requirements are not an approval.
How do I verify a certificate?
Employers and agencies can verify certificates instantly using the Certificate Verification Portal with the verification secret printed on the certificate PDF. Certificate display IDs cannot be used to verify a record.
Can my company manage employee training?
Yes. The Organization Portal supports employee invites, training assignments, license tracking, and certificate verification.
How are CEUs reported to my state?
Reporting workflows depend on state requirements. The platform tracks CEU awards and reporting status; state reporting automation is configured per approval.
